Ahem...
Moving right along. I'm blank right now. Probably something to do with fact that I'm both tired and uninspired. In a general poor mood right now. Haven't been able to play anything at all lately, nor have I had time to check all the regular sites and such. I will proceed with some ladder news then, hehe.
I really haven't played a lot. Had a GREAT game against Bzrk on Red Triangle. He got a draw in the end, but was very honorable, and reported the game, since I was winning it. Played Antiflow on The Pass too. I gambled a bit, and went heavy resources early. That worked out allright. We both got Advance Air up quickly, and Bombed eachother. I had more resources by then, and got my new adv. air up before he did. I bombed and bombed, played safely, got more stuff up slowly. He came through the pass with his cmdr. then, but I sent it ALL after him; Bombers, brawlers, flashes, panthers merls and the missile towers that stood in the pass helped too. Those 2 win's place me with a +6 win streak. Which is rare. Guess it's cause I haven't played the top players so much within these 6 wins, hehe. On the subject of win streaks, our friend CyberDrgn is on a streak too. He's on +8 as of now, well-deserved. The top 3 players are (for me) a rare sight these days.
Now as TA:Kingdoms moves ever closer, the hype is building, and the previews, interviews articles are becoming ever frequent. The more and more I read, the clearer it becomes that this is going to be a VERY different game than the original TA. It might even not be in my taste. *shudder*. I will say this much: Be objective, and critical and don't believe the hype.
Hmm, well, I had better stop. If you can't say anything good, better not say anything.
Short blab, I know. But just to let you know that I'm still blabbing.
Listening to Metallica to blow off some steam. (And to wake up again, as I'm sitting at my night shift, nodding my head, almost falling off to dreamland).
Well, I should end this with something cheerful........
*thinking*
*still thinking*
*grind churn*
Ah well, saw "Something about Mary" last night, and well, what can I say, hehe, it was funny and all, but SURE as heck weird too. But hey, I like weird. :)
And here's a funny one: It's rumoured that even the Dalai Lama likes to watch Star Trek. No confirmation on that though. :)
Onwards and upwards, but outwards for me, till the next time, and may it be a more joyuous and more news filled one, since this one was sub-standard if you ask me. However, I don't really know what the standard is. So I guess I'm judging the standard after my mood right now, which is SUB-standard. Ah well, we all have our days.
GNUG !
